Insurance  , which can be purchased at a Temple, ensures that you won't lose anything in your backpack when you die, except for a percentage of the silver you are carrying as an additional fee charged by the temple. Dying without insurance leaves you with nothing but the five items you had equipped on your body when you died. When used as a hat, the antiballast has been known to cause great comfort indeed.
